Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days for major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman)

  • Remote areas: 3–5 business days

  • Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders over AED 100

  • Orders under AED 100: AED 10 flat delivery fee

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available at no extra charge

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to track your delivery in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If delivery fails both times, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued (minus the delivery fee).

7. Missed Deliveries

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or missing, report it within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside the UAE. For bulk or international orders, contact us directly.
